This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings with respect to the Site, the content, products or services provided by or through the Site, and the subject matter of this Agreement. This Agreement may be amended at any time by us from time to time without specific notice to you. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review this Agreement prior to using the Site.

VACATIONRENTALHOTSPOTS.COM, CHASE ALAN PROPERTIES LLC, AND THEIR SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTIES WITH REGARD TO THE INFORMATION, SERVICES, AND MATERIALS CONTAINED ON THIS SITE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. ALL SUCH INFORMATION, SERVICES, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL VACATIONRENTALHOTSPOTS.COM, CHASE ALAN PROPERTIES LLC, OR THEIR SUPPLIERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER RESULTING FROM LOSS OF USE, BUSINESS, DATA OR PROFITS, LITIGATION AND THE LIKE, WHETHER BASED ON BREACH OF CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT THE LIMITATIONS SET FORTH ABOVE ARE FUNDAMENTAL ELEMENTS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE SITE WOULD NOT BE PROVIDED TO YOU ABSENT SUCH LIMITATIONS. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless VacationRentalHotSpots.com, Chase Alan Properties LLC, its affiliates and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense (including attorneys' reasonable fees) related to (i) your violation of this agreement, and (ii) your posting of material to this site.
Changes to Site
VacationRentalHotSpots.com (a subsidiary of Chase Alan Properties, LLC) and its suppliers may make improvements or changes in the information, services, products, and other materials on this site, or terminate this site, at any time without notice. VacationRentalHotSpots.com and Chase Alan Properties LLC may modify this agreement at any time, and such modifications shall be effective immediately upon posting of the modified agreement. Accordingly, you agree to review the agreement periodically, and your continued access or use of this site shall be deemed your acceptance of the modified agreement.
Miscellaneous
This agreement and the resolution of any dispute related to this Agreement or the site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Florida, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law. VacationRentalHotSpots.com or Chase Alan Properties LLC failure to insist upon strict enforcement of any provision of this agreement shall not be construed as a waiver of any provision or right. Any cause of action you may submit will be filed in Volusia County, Florida which will be the venue of any legal disputes. You also agree that any dispute will be governed by the laws of the state of Florida.

Property Listings
Owners are responsible for the accuracy of the information on their property listings. Owners who provide photos to be used assert that the photos are their own property and these same owners have the publishing rights to said photos. VacationRentalHotSpots.com and/or Chase Alan Properties LLC is not responsible for any action, or omission of action, by any renter obtained by the use of this site.
Notice to all Renters
VacationRentalHotSpots.com and Chase Alan Properties, LLC assume no responsibility and in no way warrants the accuracy of the information contained in any of the pages published on VacationRentalHotSpots.com. None of the information contained in any VacationRentalHotSpots.com Internet publication is confirmed or warranted in any way. We highly recommend Renters conduct their own research regarding any and all advertising on VacationRentalHotSpots.com including, but not limited to:
· Obtain references from past renters.
· Visual inspection by requesting additional photos from the owner/manager.
· Request a copy of all advertisers policies.
· Insist on a property lease/rental agreement.
· Request the street address of the property rented and look it up on one of the internet based map sites, such as www.maps.google.com.
· Ask the owner where else the property is advertised (established) on the Internet.
· Always speak to the owner by phone before sending any money.
For additional protection, check with the local Better Business Bureaus and/or Purchase Trip Insurance.
VacationRentalHotSpots.com highly recommends that renters ask for and receive, review and understand a written notice of the Refund/Cancellation policy from the advertiser. VacationRentalHotSpots.com and/or Chase Alan Properties, LLC are not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason.
Renters assume all liability for use of any information found in the VacationRentalHotSpots.com Internet publication. By using or continuing to use the services of VacationRentalHotSpots.com you agree to the terms and conditions of this disclaimer.
