Changes or cancellations received by Advantage Vacation Homes 14 days or more prior to the arrival date is subject to a $50.00 processing fee. Cancellation received 7 days prior to the arrival date, the guest will forfeit $250.00 of the rental. Cancellations received within 72 hours of arrival or no-show will forfeit 100% of the rental. Special Cancellation terms apply to special events, high season, and holidays - please ask your Reservation Specialist for more detail. Please retain you cancellation number as a proof of proper cancellation notice. |

A credit card or cash deposit of $250.00 will be taken at check-in to cover any incidentals, damages, etc. Cash deposits are mailed by check in 14 biness days. Cash deposits will refunded 14 days after departure.
