Reservation is confirmed when the deposit is received.
Full payment is required 30 days prior to the scheduled visit. If
you are making a reservation within 30 days, the rent and deposit is due at the same time.
If cancellation is made less than 14 days before
scheduled visit, there will be a processing fee of $75.
We accept money orders, cashier's check or certified check.
