This is a wonderful and very large beach home that includes everything. Nicely furnished and includes all the linens, cookware, towels etc. that you'll need to make your stay feel just like home. Indoor laundry facility in the home. Huge fenced yard and plenty of parking. Our location is spectacular. We're on the Atlantic Coast in the residential beach community of Dania Beach, Florida 33004 (city just south of Fort Lauderdale and just north of Hollywood, Florida). Walk or drive to the beach and enjoy our world famous Hollywood Boardwalk where you'll find hundreds of restaurants and shops right on the beach! Take a few minute drive to Las Olas to surround yourself with yachts and everything marine in this upscale community. Walking distance to many local restaurants, shops and public transportation if you need it. Minutes to all major interstates and highways. Very close to Ft.Lauderdale-Hollywood Int'l airport. It's a tropical paradise here now in the winter as our temperatures are consistently around 74 degress F. Bring your bathing suit and towels and we'll supply the gorgeous beaches, restaurants and entertainment to go with our wonderful fully furnished home. Current rates are $99 per night with a three night minimum. Shorter stays may pay the cleaning fee. No other taxes or surprise fees! We request a $300 booking deposit to hold the home. Upon arrival, we ask that our guests pay for the entirety of their stay. Also upon arrival, your booking deposit REVERTS into a refundable security deposit which will be refunded to you at departure (provided that the home is left in essentially the same condition as when you took possession). All of our guests love this large home for it's location, cleanliness and proximity to the beach. We're confident that you'll love it too. Please call for availability and for booking instructions. | Cancellation and Refund Policy: |
| If you need to cancel your reservation, you'll be refunded your full amount if notified in writting 30 days in advance of your expected arrival date. If for some other reason you need to cancel, we'll do what we can to re-book and will return whatever unsued portion of your booking reservation provided we can replace your stay with another guest. If no other guests replace your alloted time, your booking deposit will not be returned. |

| Deposit Policy: |
| Booking deposit of $300 to hold the home. Once you arrive, you'll be required to pay for the entirety of your stay by way of cash, money order or traveler's check. We do not accept personal checks and in some instances may be able to process credit cards. Once you arrive, your previoly sent booking deposit of $300 then reverts into a refundable security deposit which will be refunded to you at departure, provided the home is clean and undamaged. If unclean or damaged (or smoked in), your deposit will be reatained and the uned portion will be returned by mail within 10 biness days after adjtments have been made. |
