| If you cancel more than 30 days prior to your arrival date: an amount equal to 25% of the full rental fee will be assessed, and forfeited, as a cancellation fee. Refundable security deposit will be returned.
If you cancel between 14 and 29 days prior to your arrival date: an amount equal to 50% of the full rental fee will be assessed, and forfeited, as a cancellation fee. Refundable security deposit will be returned.

| On your date of departure, our hoekeeping team will perform a full post-vacancy cleaning, preparing the hoe for our next guests. There is a $100 fee for this service, which will automatically be deducted from your security deposit. The cost of replacement for any missing items, accidental damage to the hoe or contents and extra carpet cleaning (if applicable) will also be charged against the $1000 refundable security deposit. The balance of your security deposit refund will be issued and mailed to you within 5 days of your departure |
