1.1. If a guest cancels a reservation we reserve the right to apply the following cancellation charges:
1.1.1. 7-14 days notification – 25% of the rate per night will be assessed
1.1.2. 3-7 days notification – 50% of the rate per night will be assessed
1.1.3. 1-2 days notification – 75% of the rate per night will be assessed
4.1.4. Less than 24 hrs notice – 90% of the rate per night will be assessed

2.1. All reservations mt be booked at least three weeks in advance.
2.2. All remaining balances mt be paid at least one week prior to arrival

| 4. Occupancy
4.1. Bookings are based on double-occupancy up to and including 4 people. Additional charges will apply for exceeding the normal occupancy rate of 4 people.
5. Disturbance
5.1. We reserve the right to require a guest to leave if he/she is caing a disturbance.
7. Guests are responsible for the safety of their valuables. No safe is available on premises for the storage of valuables.
8. Parking is open to everyone in the area and, as such, guests may park anywhere that parking is legally available.
9. Guests or visitors of guests are not allowed to place wet clothing or towels on any furniture in the condo.
10. Guests or visitors of guests are not allowed to remove, break or in anyway damage any item in the condo.
10.1. Charges will be assessed for any damages incurred during stay.
