The house is a renovated 1994 mobile home only 1.5 blocks from the sugary white sand of secluded Saint Joe beach.
Saint Joe beach is between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe.
Home has two bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms that are private and on opposite ends of the home. Master bath has 54??? tub and separate shower.
The seafood here is some of the best in the US with several restaurants to choose. Great place on the panhandle for family and friends to enjoy the beach and wonderful sunshine.
These beaches are among the finest in the United States. Sheltered by St. Joseph Peninsula, Mexico Beach has no undertow. The whole family can swim, wade, snorkel, and find souvenir seashells.
Just a short 35 minute drive away is St. Joseph Peninsula State park voted #1 beach in America in 2002 by Dr. Beach of the travel channel.
It has everything to make it feel like home. Kitchen supplies include cooking utensils, pots and pans, silverware, glasses, stove, and refrigerator. House is in a quiet residential neighborhood.
The home is situated on a third of an acre lot. There is a driveway for parking and a cement foundation for trailor parking. House has outdoor shower and enclosed porch with swing. Beach supplies include wagon, cooler, chaise lounge, beach chairs, umbrella and Coleman sunshade.
Appalachacola is a historic Victorian fishing village only a 35 minute drive away. Appalachacola is home to boutiques, antique stores and oyster, shrimp and seafood restaurants including famous Gibson Inn.
Wild and crazy Panama City Beach is a 40 minute drive away.
The best fishing on the panhandle is the Mexico Beach area. Toucans restaurant and bar is 3 miles down route 98 close to the pier.
Pets, bonfires and even swimming are allowed on every beach in Gulf County. Beach bonfires are allowed when fire ban not in effect???check with Gulf County prior to bonfires. Seven mile boardwalk along the beach is one mile from Gulf St.
