Newly renovated, luxurious 3 bed 3 bathroom house with pool is available for your next vacation. This spacious modern villa is luxuriously furnished throughout and fully air conditioned with additional ceiling fans in most rooms. Our 3 bedrooms have sleeping space for 10 adults and the family room sofas can easily be transformed into extra beds. There are 3 large bedrooms with 3 baths that have 3 showers, two baths and one steam shower/Jacuzzi. All baths have granite, or marble tiles. Naturally, there is a large European washer and dryer in the house. The fully equipped kitchen contains all modern stainless steal appliances including fridge, freezer, ice maker, filtered water faucet, gas stove and electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, instant hot water faucet, coffee maker, and toaster. There is a high speed wireless internet, local telephone line, and an excellent computer in the house, together with two TVs that have over 200 channels. Besides all this, we also have DVD Player, CD player, and XBOX360, and a selection of DVD films, as well as CDs to keep you entertained. Also, an assortment of board games, toys and books in 4 different languages are supplied for your use.
The community in which the house is located next to Falls in South Miami is very tranquil with very little traffic. Yet, restaurants, shops, supermarkets, gas stations, and takeaways are only minutes away. The closest beach is 15 minutes from the house. There is parking at the front of property for four cars.
Do you need transportation while you are in Miami? We gladly pick you up from the airport and take you to see local attractions. Naturally, we will clean the house in between our guests but you cal also request a cleaning service for a small additional fee. Likewise, if you want to make your stay even more special, you can ask us to deliver your groceries or have a chef prepare you gourmet meals.
Rent is $6,000 per month, $1,700 per week or $400 per night. |

Pets are wele but there is an additional fee of $100 per week per pet. We have a large fenced backyard for your pet to enjoy.
If requested by the client it is also possible to add weekly or daily cleaning ($30 per day or $150 per week), pool service ($50 per week), transportations to and from airport ($50) or transportations and private quide services to local attractions (from Key West to Ft Lauderdale) ($350 per day incuding transportation). We also prepare dinners and parties for up to 15 people. (Dinner prepared in the premises that includes serving is $100 per person). Lunch is $50 per person. Any additional wishes? Jt let know.
