| All of our units are within steps of the pristine beach. Full glass sliding doors provide for spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean or the beautiful Florida sunsets from anywhere in your apartment. The upper floor units feature private balconies off of the living and bedrooms, while the ground floor units have extra square footage and allow you to simply walk out onto the pool area or your own private patio. We consider all of our units ‘non-smoking’, but you are permitted to smoke on the balconies. Pets of all sizes are not permitted. |

| For those with their minds on the links, Island Beach Resort is easily within reach of several championship golf courses. Tennis and walking paths are also just a brief car ride away. Theaters, local museums, movies, and religious facilities are equally convenient to The Island Beach Resort. Fabulous shopping at historic downtown Stuart, Ft Pierce and the Treasure Coast Mall is only 15 minutes away and for the value minded, the outlet mall in Vero Beach is a short 40 minute drive.
The more ecologically minded have many choices to choose from: take a late night beach stroll to watch a nesting sea turtle, take advantage of hiking or biking in the Savannahs State Park located in Jensen Beach, paddle a canoe up the Loxahatchee river in nearby Jonathan Dickinson State Park or try a guided river cruise if you want to just relax and watch the multitude of water birds, dolphins, and manatees that inhabit the Indian River. The recently expanded Florida Oceanographic Coastal Center is also located within minutes at the southern end of the island and makes for a great diversion.
Located in the center of Florida's vacation fun, The Island Beach Resort is within 2 hours of Orlando and within 50 minutes of Palm Beach. Whether it is Orlando with all its vacation attractions...Disney, Sea World, Universal Studios...or a tour of the Kennedy Space Center (an hour's drive) you are sure to be within reach of a great family treat. If you are very lucky, you could even catch a glimpse of a spectacular shuttle launch from Cape Canaveral while standing on the beach at the resort.
Major League Baseball has three spring training stadiums within 35 minutes of the resort, so you will have ample choices when you decide to take in an exhibition game on a sunny Florida afternoon.

| There is a 30 day cancellation period during our peak season and a 7 day cancellation period during all other times. A full refund of the rental deposit will be given prior to these times, otherwise the larger amount of either the deposit or 2 nights rental will be charged. |

| A 50% advance deposit is required on rental charges, taxes and fees during peak season and a 20% deposit at all other times, taken at the time of the reservation. Payment is required in full upon arrival to Island Beach Resort. No security deposit is taken as long as a valid credit card is kept on file. |
