During the day relax on the warm sand and soak up the soothing rays of the sun. In the evening, stroll the beach under clear starry skies and you may get fortunate enough to see some sea turtles. The river is not to be forgotten. A private pier allows you to fish for a variety of fish you may have never seen before. Other fishermen will be sure to tell you what it is and whether it's a good one! Not into fishing- well then enjoy the wildlife. Watch the water for a variety of fish, manatee, and dolphin. Water birds are also a sight to see. Be daring and take out the supplied canoe or kayak to see the wildlife and canals up close. An experience like never before!The community offers a beautiful swimming pool with a large patio area. Enjoy having a meal or playing cards as there are plenty of tables and chairs. Watch the bulletin board for special events. Keep an eye on the community pond as a gator may take up residence there. (no harm to residents as long as you repeat their space). Top notch clay tennis courts are available. The community is a wonderful place to get out and walk and ride your bikes. A walking path connects to the neighboring community, so you can double your walking enjoyment. The villa is open and relaxing. The main floor is tiled with 17 inch tile and the loft is carpeted. Two large bedrooms with ample closet space, are on the main level. This makes it extremely easy for all to get around. Everything you need is available.
