| Coca Beach Florida condo on the beach. Our condo is in a friendly and small 44 unit complex directly on the Atlantic ocean. You can view the beach and the ocean from our unit located on the north side of the complex. We are on the second floor (no units above us) and welcome monthly renters. The pool is located just behind our condo. Relax on the beautiful shores of Cocoa Beach or go fishing, surfing, sunning, etc. We are a short walk to restaurants, bars and entertainment. No crowds on our beach, that's further down. Fishing can be great right on the shoreline. You can catch Pompano, Whiting, Redfish and many other species. |
