30 days or more written notice is required for full reservation/security deposit and rent return on stays less than 3 months.

Deposit Policy:
Reservation not guaranteed until receipt of $300 reservation deposit. Upon arrival reservation deposit converts to security deposit, and refunded after the cleaning team clean and verifies that there was no extensive cleaning and or damage to unit.

Additional Policy and Fees:
Absolutely not smoking and no pets. There is no daily cleaning service. $75.00 cleaning fee is for cleaning at the end of your stay.
