| Hi, Welcome to my Florida home!? There is a covered front porch with two rocking chairs to relax in the evening.? As you enter the front door, to the left is a formal living room with French doors for privacy.? I also have high speed internet connection available in this room.? As you walk down the hallway, you will find polished parquet flooring in the formal dining room.? The bedrooms are to the right as you walk down the hall.? There is a main bath. Master bedroom has a QUEEN bed with large private bath and single French door which leads to the pool. There is also a QUEEN suite and then a bedroom with TWO TWIN beds.? On the other side of the formal dining room, there is an eat in kitchen with an island bar, and family room with stone wall fireplace, and French doors which lead to the large pool deck, in ground pool and Jacuzzi.? To the side of the pool deck is a small area with a fish pond.? The other side of the pool deck is a large pie shaped yard with a tree swing.? It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in an established neighborhood called Sleepy Hollow.? It is safe, convenient to all shopping and quiet.? The perfect Florida vacation.? Oh, and the beach?? It is less than 5 minutes away in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. |

| Cancellation and Refund Policy: |
| If reservation cannot be kept, another time may be booked. It can be booked in the same name or for another family member or friend for the same amount of days that had been reserved. If the time was booked for special events such as Race Week, Bike Week, etc., another special event will be substituted. |

| Deposit Policy: |
| If payment is made via check, a $500 security deposit will be added to the rental reservation, which will then be returned within a week of departure if everything checks out ok. If you book through my on line reservation site, then instead of the $500 security deposit, a flat $49 damage waiver policy is added to the rental fee and no security deposit of $500 is collected. |
