Indoors we offer an exercise room, sauna, billiards and ping pong activity rooms, and the famous "Top of Daytona" Restaurant on our 29th floor. At the end of a wonderful day on the beach, just take the owners elevator up to the restaurant for dinner and cocktails offering 360 degree panoramic views of the entire Daytona skyline. Inside your condo, we have comfortable accommodations for 6. The master suite has a king sized bed with ensuite bath, and the guest room has a queen and a double with a private bath. The split bedroom plan affords privacy for all. Everything from beach towels to a full kitchen is at your fingertips. We even have beach toys for the kids. | Cancellation fee after deposit = $200.00. No refunds after final payment unless another renter can be secured for your dates. Final payment is due 15 days before occupancy. Final payment may be due up to 30 days before stays for event weeks or longer reservations. Event weeks include Bike Week, Race Week, and other special events during the year. |

| $200 deposit is required to secure the property at the time of reservation. This amount is gladly refunded after your stay if the condo is returned to jt as you found it. Higher deposits may be required for stays longer than one week. |

| Additional Policy and Fees: |
| Lost Key - $150.00. Hurricane Policy: weather-related refunds will be given if the authorities issue an evacuation order due to an approaching storm. If the evacuation is issued before your stay, you will receive a full refund. If the order is issued during your stay, it will be pro-rated for the number of days remaining on your stay. Minimum age to rent our condo is 25. Maximum number for occupancy is 6. |
