This 5 Star Executive vacation home is perfectly located in the exclusive Solana resort-style gated community, only a few miles from Disney World in Orlando, Florida.
The villa accommodates up to 12 people and is especially designed to provide the best vacation ever. We hope to exceed the requirements of the most exigent guest with a spacious open floor plan, an upgraded furniture package, kitchen with brand new appliances, as well as comfortable and luxurious pool lounges.
The tastefully decorated Master Suite overlooks the pool and has a King size bed with memory foam mattress, a 19" LCD HDTV and DVD player. The master en-suite bathroom has a huge garden tub and a walk-in shower with a hand held massaging shower head. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer and hair curling iron, and leads into the walk-in wardrobes with ample hanging space. A pack-n-play baby bed is provided for your convenience.
There is another master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, which has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattress, large dresser and mirror, and a flat panel HDTV with a DVD player. The en-suite bathroom has a step-in bath with overhead shower, vanity unit and a hair dryer.
The 3rd bedroom has a Queen size bed with memory foam mattress and a flat panel HDTV with a DVD player.
The 2 kids bedrooms each have 2 twin beds and share a third bathroom with step-in tub with overhead shower.
In the den, there is a flip-flop sofa, a leather storage bench with 2 video rocker chairs, as well as a 26" HDTV with a PlayStation 2 game console and 12 PS2 video games.
In the kitchen alcove there is a computer with unlimited FIOS internet access, wired as well as wireless.
There is a nice game room in the garage, which presents a 7' pool table, soft foam floors and a laundry room with washer and dryer, iron and ironing table.
For our younger guests, we have a stroller, a pack-n-play baby crib, and a high chair. For the toddlers, there is a toddler bed-rail which can be installed on any of the beds.
After a full day in parks, relax in the heated sparkling pool or get a massage in the bubbling spa. There is a child security fence around the pool area and pool toys for everyone to enjoy. The south-west facing pool is enclosed in a net cage which keeps the insects at bay and allow you to sunbathe all day on the five recliner chairs with ottomans and a chaise padded by the most comfortable cushions. There are also two snack tables for you to enjoy your drinks and snacks while using the pool area. The spa has the added advantage of a rapid heat facility for those evenings when a soak in the tub would round off a perfect day. |

| If the booking is canceled after full payment has been made, there will be no refund.
If, through circumstances beyond our control, it is necessary for to cancel (which would be wholly exceptional) then we will refund the initial booking fee or any other monies paid, without interest or further pensation.
We accept no responsibility whatsoever, and no payment or other pensation will be payable, if cancellation or changes to the terms of booking are brought about, or bee necessary, due to war or threat of war or disease, riot, civil motion, terrorist act, indtrial dispute, natural disaster, fire, flood or adverse weather conditions or nuclear incident or any other matter out of our control. In addition, we will, except as may be paid by the relevant carrier, not be responsible for closure or congestion of airports, technical problems with transportation or cancellation or schedule changes by carriers whether scheduled or charter. |

| Deposit Policy: |
| A non-refundable deposit of $250.00/week is due immediately to secure the reservation, final payment to be made no later than 60 days prior to arrival.
Any booking initiated in less then 60 days prior to the arrival date, requires payment in full to secure your acodations.
A security deposit of $500, which will be held against any loss or damage caed to the property, any excessive cooling or heating bills, or other outrageo costs incurred, needs to be paid on the same day as the payment of the balance, the amount will be returned to you within 30 days after your departure, subject to a satisfactory hoekeeping report. |

| 7 nights or less rentals will have a cleaning fee of $120 added to the total cost.
Pool and spa heat is additional at $25/day.
If paying by credit card, a charge of 4% of booking price will be added to each transaction.
