| Cancellation and Refund Policy: |
| If the balance of the holiday is not paid by the prescribed time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking. In the event of the client cancelling the booking after the booking has been confirmed, the deposit will be forfeited. Thereafter, cancellations within 31 - 42 days of arrival will forfeit 50% of the rental amount and cancellations within 30 days of expected arrival will forfeit 100% of the rental. |

| Deposit Policy: |
| CREDIT CARDS ACCEPTED! We require a $250.00 non refundable payment to reserve this property. This is subtracted from your total with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your arrival date. A credit card number will be held on file in case of damage. Any email, inquiry form or telephone booking will be provisional and held for seven days, pending receipt of the booking and deposit. The balance of the rental fee is payable no later than 30 days prior to arrival. |

| Additional Policy and Fees: |
| All bookings paid with a credit card will be subject to a convenience fee which totals 4% of the rental amount. Stays less than 6 Nights incur a one time cleaning fee of $80. No cleaning fee if you stay 6 nights or more.
If after booking you decide to alter any details, we will do our utmost to make the change requested. Alterations requested within 30 days of arrival may have to be treated as a cancellation. |
