| Cancellation and Refund Policy: |
| Refunds: If for any reason you need to cancel, you mt do so at least 45 days in advance of your arrival in order for a full refund of your deposit. If you are not able to cancel within the 45 day period, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are not able rent the property for the same time period, your Advance Rent Payment will be forfeited.

| Deposit Policy: |
| Deposits: Advance deposit is due at the time a reservation is made, the amount due will be exactly half the rent less the tax. The rental payment balance is due in full one month before arrival and may be paid in check, bank money order, cashiers check, or pay pal. A security deposit of $1000 will be needed prior to arrival.
Security Deposits: The security deposit can be made with the same options as listed above. This payment will be refunded within 15 days of departure, providing there is no damage or theft to the unit and all policies and procedures are followed. If any repairs to the unit are needed as a result from your stay, the owner reserves the right to apply the deposit to offset the expense of the repairs. (munication of any of these expenditures will be given to the renter, along with pictures of the damages and the cost of the repair)
