This
lavishly upgraded and stunning home sits on a deep water canal off the
Intra coastal waterway in beautiful Lighthouse Point, Florida. It is
the ideal home for entertainment and outdoor activities. Its oversized
tiki hut with BBQ gas grill hosts room for any large party or relax
pool side under the Tiki in the over sized hammock. The custom designed
pool is heated to 85 degrees and features a built in 104 degree
jacuzzi which makes you never want to leave the water. With almost 100
feet of dock space not only can you utilize a 24,000 lb boat lift but
also a separate custom remote controlled lift which can hold up to 4
jet ski's. Three jet skis are available for rent (please inquire)
making this the ultimate vacation destination.
The
interior features a custom entertainment system with a large 72 inch
plasma High Def TV and integrated speakers throughout the ceiling. It
also boasts an official sized eagle claw 1 inch slate pool table and a
custom poker table as well. The large kitchen has all high end
appliances such as a sub zero fridge and self cleaning convection oven.
It also hosts an island in the middle perfect for preparing food and
drinks to serve over the huge bar with granite counter tops throughout.
This kitchen is sure to challenge most restaurants! The custom details
such as faux painted walls, crown molding, marble and tile bathrooms,
tile floors, plantation shutters and upscale light effects make this
home a true jewel appreciated by design connoisseurs. The large master
suite features a beautiful king size bedroom set, plasma TV, jacuzzi
tub, and large his & her walk in closets. It also has direct access
through its ceiling size sliding glass doors to the brand new chiseled
centurion marble pavers which wrap around the pool. There are 3 more
bedrooms 1 of which is an in law suite fit with a queen bedroom set and
it's own bathroom. One of the 2 others has a queen bed and the last
has two twin beds as well as a crib for children. There are a total of
4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, and one half bath. The home comes with a
laundry room, a home office and a double garage with carpet and air
condition.

allows you direct access to Florida's Intra coastal. Even at idle
speeds the Hillsboro Inlet puts the Atlantic Ocean within 5 minutes of
boating reach. There are 3 jet skis available for rent on a custom
platform that sinks into the water via hydraulic lift, as well as a
boat lift strong enough to hold your 40' boat if you choose to bring
one. The private pool and jacuzzi along with its TIKI hut make this
home an outdoor spectacle!
Famous Mizner Park with
its restaurants, boutiques and bars is only a short distance away, and
the ocean and beaches are also only a short drive away. The Pompano
Beach golf course, Lighthouse Point Yacht Club and the movie theater
are close by, as well as grocery stores and the Pompano City center.
Only one turn required and I-95 is in direct proximity of 3 miles due
