Our home is a 3 bedroom 3 bath located at 1019 Palm Blvd. in Port St.Joe, Florida. It is approximately 1500 feet(about a block) from the clear blue waters of St. Joseph Bay. It is about a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach. Our home was the model for the development, Villages of Port St. Joe, so it has all the upgrades. Our home has a wrap around porch with wicker furniture and rockers for enjoying the breeze blowing from the bay. The home is approximately 1800 sq. feet and is 2-story. It is decorator-furnished in a tropical theme of bright yellows, greens, reds, and blues. All living areas are ceramic tile and all bedrooms and the loft are carpeted. We have a fully furnished kitchen with icemaker refrigerator, dishwaher, all small appliances, and washer/dryer. Cookware, utensils, and dishes are furnished. There are 2 king beds, one queen, 1 chaise lounge that can be used as a single bed, and a queen air mattress. There are four televisions, 3 dvd players. All televisions have premium cable. There are games, movies, books, water toys, beach towels and beach chairs for your enjoyment. There are 2 bikes also available for your enjoyment. Just bring your clothes and food. There is a gas grill and adirondack chairs on the back porch which overlooks the courtyard that is lined with gas lanterns and palms. Sorry there is no pool. If you want a beautiful place to stay and don't mind a short walk to the bay or a short drive to the beach AT A GREAT PRICE, this is the place.
