| Cancellation and Refund Policy: |
| Refunds, if necessary, will be made provided notice of cancellation is received in WRITING at least 90 days prior to check-in date for stays of one month or longer and 30 days prior to check-in date for stays less than one month. If the required notice is not received, refunds will only be made if the reserved unit is re-rented for the same time period. All cancellations are subject to forfeiture of the security deposit and/or a 10% handling fee. |

| Deposit Policy: |
| A reservation deposit is required to hold a rental booking and is NOT applied to the rental balance. The reservation deposit bees a security deposit upon arrival. If there are no damages or charges against the deposit, it will be refunded approximately 15 days after departure in the form of a check. Any funds retained will be at the discretion of the unit owner and/or manager. |
