With a split floorplan for privacy, the Master Suite has French Doors opening to screened lanai and the pool & canal view beyond. Master Bath has double vanity sinks with large shower in separate room. The kitchen is totally equipped with lots of dishes, cookware and all the essentials you'll need for your stay.
Relax and enjoy the breeze off the water at the canalfront screened pool and lanai, surrounded by palms and tropical landscaping. The large Pool and Lanai/Deck are all newly refinished and the pool is solar heated.Lanai has patio furniture, gas grill, loungers and ceiling paddle fans for your complete comfort outdoors.
There is a small boat dock on the canal, that you may use to bring your own small boat or rent one. This a freshwater canal that leads miles of canal cruising and several nearby lakes for fishing and swimming. Lake Mohave is close by.
We provide everything you need for your stay and a day at the beach. Beach towels,chairs, small cooler, insulated mugs are available. If you have a baby, there is a pack an play crib and booster seat available for your use.
Cape Escape Villa is located in a quiet,safe SW neighborhood with a Wal-mart Grocery Store and liquor store a 1/2 blk away for all your food/beverage items.
