Our Oceanfront Condominiums are on Crescent Beach in St Augustine, Fl and we offer you the comforts of home in a paradise setting located directly on the beaches of the Atlantic Ocean. Our property has two heated pools. tennis court, basketball, shuffleboard and putting green as well as two beachwalkers. Our condominiums have fully equipped kitchens and washers and dryers in each unit. Most master bedrooms have King beds and guest bedrooms have two twin beds or other combinations. Linens and towels are provided.
We are currently offering a Sept - December, 2009 Promotion Rate ON SELECTED CONDOMINIUMS of $70/nightfor an efficiency which sleeps up to 4 people to $150/night for a trilevel which sleeps up to ten people. Our on-site rental office is open Mon-Sat 10am-5pm and Sunday 1pm-5pm - Phone - 1-800-925-8108 or 1-904-471-0683.

| Cancellation and Refund Policy: |
| Cancellation: Cancellation mt be in writing thirty (30) days prior to your arrival in order to receive a security deposity and/or rental payment refund. When the reservation is cancelled less than thirty(30) days of arrival and Four Winds is unable to re-rent the condominium for an equivalent amount of time and parable rental rate, the advance reservation payment and deposit shall be forfeited.
Renters mt be 25 years of age or older and the number of occupants mt be in accordance with the unit's capacity. At least one adult mt be in the condominium with minors (under 25 yrs old) during the entire stay. Failure to ply can result in the eviction and forfeiture of the rental fees and security deposit. |

| We require a Visa or Master Card to be held on file to guarantee the reservation and for any damages or additional cleaning fees charged to the condominium upon departure.
